Statement 10/11/2020
This weekend, Sterling Public Schools was made aware of a possible threat. The Johnson County Sheriff's Department was contacted and investigated the situation. The sheriff's department met with the involved parties and determined there was not a threat to the school, students, or staff. All reported situations are taken very seriously and necessary agencies will be contacted to investigate further if needed.
