SPS is looking for substitute teachers for the 2020-2021 school year.  If you have your Nebraska teaching certification, you are qualified.  If you would like to consider getting a local substitute certificate that is another way to sub.

The qualifications for this are:  60 semester credit hours of college coursework in ANY field, completion of a professional education course, completion of a Human Relations Training Requirement, and written request from Principal Jacob Davenport.  This seems like a lot, but it isn't a lot if you already have 60 hours of college credits (remember in ANY area).

Contact Principal Jacob Davenport at jdavenport@sterlingpublicschools.com or 402-866-4761 x103 if you would like to learn more or be added to our list.
