Graduation was held Saturday at 4:00 p.m., May 9, 2009 at Sterling Public Schools. The welcome was given by Superintendent Larry Harnish followed by the Salutatory address given by Amy Hansen. Jill Shea, counselor, presented scholarships and awards and the valedictory address was given by Brandon Nieveen.
Diplomas were presented by Superintendent Larry Harnisch, Board of Education President, Tom Nieveen and Board Member Paul Saathoff. Morgan Shea, senior class vice-president, gave the final closing.
Junior class marshalls were Jamie Agena, Willow Hunt, Jese Salberg and Zach Lempka.
Class Motto: "Go for it, run toward it, dive in head first, live life with no regret...because, the best is yet to come."
